Booking terms & conditions

n Lunch (+ veg option) and coffee are included in the fee
n Perfect Bound training days run from 9.30am to 4.30pm
n Places will be filled on a first come first served basis
n Payment is considered as acceptance of the booking conditions
n A confirmation letter will be sent by post or email as proof of booking
n Cancellations up to two weeks before the course will receive a full refund
n Cancellation up to one week before the course will receive a 50% refund
n Any cancellations made after this time cannot be refunded
n Perfect Bound and the host venue accept no responsibility for possessions
n Perfect Bound reserves the right to cancel, amend, alter and change any course or its content, without the need for prior notice
n Dates and venues are subject to change at any time - full refunds will be made available if new arrangements are unsuitable
n All courses are guaranteed – a full refund is available if you remain unsatisfied, for whatever reason, by the end of the course - but you must attend the full course.
n For discounted or special-offer bookings, clients shall be charged the full amount and the discount will be refunded within 48 hours
n Some courses listed are provided by  3rd party training providers. In these instances booking, payment and all contractual dealings are with the 3rd party.
